General Policy
Each Winter Siege item is custom-printed to order. Because of this, we cannot offer returns for reason of fit, color preference, or change of mind. Please consult the Size Guide provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure you order the correct fit.
Exchanges
We understand that getting the right fit is critical. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, contact us at info@wintersiege.com within 14 days of delivery.
Authorization Required: You must reach out to us before shipping any items back. We will provide you with the correct return authorization and instructions.
Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.
Damages or Defective Items
We stand behind our production quality. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To initiate a replacement:
- Contact info@wintersiege.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Attach clear photographic proof of the defect or error.
Once verified, we will provide specific instructions to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns sent to our facility without prior authorization.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to open and investigation. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery.
Order Cancellations
Because our fulfillment process begins immediately upon checkout, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please verify your shipping address and order details before confirming your purchase.
