Processing Time

Each Winter Siege item is custom-printed to order. Our production time is typically 2-5 business days before the items ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

 

Delivery Estimates

Domestic (US): 3-7 business days after production.

International: 5-15 business days after production, depending on customs and local courier speeds.

 

Customs & Duties

For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your local customs office.

 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the courier to update the tracking status.
